For any and all returns you must receive an authorization code by contacting our offices at (707)544-2626 before any items are shipped.
We want you to love you’re GRV golf caddy products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging for a full refund not including shipping. You may also return the item, IF DEFECTED, within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
