1. What is the weight of battery, how many holes can I play before recharge and what is the battery life expectancy?
a. Battery weights 30 Pounds including bag and cables. Tech: Gel Lead Acid type, 12V, 36AH
b. You can play without problems 36 holes before recharge battery (be aware golf course design matters)
c. It takes 6-7 hours to recharge from 1% to 100%
d. You must charge battery for the first time at least for 12 hours
e. Battery charger: Input of 100-240V/ 50-60 Hz, 12V output, Red light in charger means, “Charging”, Green light "Charged completed”
f. Playing 2-3 rounds per week battery will last 2.5 years (estimate)
g. You can use a 2014 Driver/Iron Battery on GRV models 2009-2012 models. Notice Driver/Iron Charger must be purchased at same time.
h. Remember, all batteries come with a 30 or 40 Ah fuse
2. Wheels, one size does not fit all
a. Note that Driver rear wheels are smaller than Iron and Iron Plus
b. Driver’s wheels diameter 10 ¼ , Wide is 2 7/8 inches
c. Iron and Iron Plus wheels are the same dimensions: D 12 ½ W 2 5/8
d. Wheels locking mechanism is different between Driver and Iron and Iron Plus
e. Note that distance between wheels are on Driver 17 5/8 (smaller), Iron 17 7/8 and Iron Plus 21 1/8 (longest)
3. Lithium Batteries
a. Lithium battery works only with Iron Plus model at the present time, however will be released support for Driver and Iron on 2014/Q2
b. Weight 12.3 pounds only including cables and bag
c. Iron Plus does not have a place for battery, you must carry inside Golf Bag
d. Always keep Lithium battery charging if not used
e. Avoid high temperatures and direct sun rays
f. Use specific charger for Lithium Battery
g. Input AC 100-240V, 1.4A max. 47-63 Hz, Output 29.4V, 1.8A
4. About Remote Control
a. Red button pressed will stop cart immediately
b. Timer button ">I" move forward 10,20 or 30 yards distance and stop by itself
c. Antenna usually looks like a leash or strap
d. Be careful with Antenna
e. Buy any cellular phone case to protect RC, especially if you wear on front or back pockets
f. Turn on the caddy and do not install bag yet
g. Press 10 second ">I" button and after any button, Caddy 99% times will move it
h. Replace batteries on a weak reaction
i. If you are losing 80% of connectivity, 80% probability antenna is broken
j. Unscrew, open and review inside RC to check antenna status
k. If signal is weak, stay closer engines (one foot) and press at least 10 second forward button
l. After that should work, if not, disconnect battery, remove Golf bag and disconnect battery
m. Wait 30 seconds and connect battery and try another 10-15 seconds pressing forward button
n. Sometimes this process could be repeated up to 8-10 times to get OK the RC
o. Always use RC in a range below 50 yards, in some conditions you still can handle it over 80-120 yards

5. Panels and Lights
a. Drivers has two button, press power on couple seconds to get caddy on
b. Nothing happen? Verify connection to battery and tie the connector
c. After system is on, you can regulate the speed manually from 1-5 or even up to 7 on some models
d. Or you can press A/B button: once means caddy will move forward 10 yards and it will stop by itself, B (twice) means 20 yards and C (three) 30 yards and it will stop
e. Use USB plug on Driver to recharge iPhones or GPS
f. Iron has two buttons, press power a couple seconds to power caddy on
g. Stop/Start button >I, cart will remember last speed, so if you stop and press start again caddy will resume same speed had before
h. You can also use control functions “Timer” to 10, 20 and 30 yards and stop
I. Also there is a light indicates charge of battery
6. Others
a. Three micro computers are installed in the system
b. They are located on main controller, inside metal cylinder on Iron and Iron Plus and below the battery on Driver model
c. Also are located on the handle in each of models and the third is located in the Remote Controller.
d. Don’t open Controller box on Drivers
e. Do not open metal cylinders on Iron and Iron Plus, doing so will void warranty.
